Randy Cox, a seasoned professional in the real estate and property management arena, currently serves as the co-owner and Broker in Charge of Hearthside Rentals, LLC. Born and raised in Greenville, NC, Randy's roots run deep in the local community.

Randy graduated from Appalachian State University, where he pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Real Estate/Urban Analysis, and Finance. He has been highly involved in the community while earning the Eagle Scout award and later with the Greenville Jaycees.

With over twenty years of experience, Randy has been immersed in Greenville and Pitt County’s real estate and property management with experiences ranging from serving as a seller or buyer agent for residential and commercial property and managing approximately 1000 rental units including houses, multi-home apartment buildings/complexes, and individual townhomes and condominiums. Ensuring well-maintained units and tenant satisfaction has been the cornerstone of his professional philosophy. He firmly advocates that meticulously managed properties not only attract tenants promptly but also foster long-term residency—a testament to Hearthside Rentals' commitment to excellence.

Tamiko B. Corey is an accomplished Asset Account Manager and Realtor at Hearthside Rentals, where she excels in managing accounts for investors and overseeing rental properties. With a robust background in human services and religion, Tamiko brings a unique blend of empathy and strategic insight to her role.

She holds an Associate's degree in Human Services from Pitt Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Religion from the University of Mount Olive, demonstrating a commitment to understanding and serving her community. Tamiko's professional credentials include a Realtor license, and she has been a dedicated Realtor for 7 years. In this time, she has successfully sold numerous properties, showcasing her expertise and effectiveness in the real estate market. Additionally, she has been a Notary Public for 6 years, underscoring her commitment to providing comprehensive and trustworthy service.

Meet Gracie, the sunshine of Pitt County! For the past six years, she's been adding her own splash of color to the community, and boy, does she light up a room! Interior design isn't just a hobby for her; it's practically her love language. From picking out throw pillows to rearranging furniture, Gracie's got an eye for making spaces feel like home sweet home.

When she's not busy making places look fabulous, you'll find her at Hearthside Rentals, where she spreads her joy and charm while helping folks find their perfect nest. And speaking of nests, Gracie's own little haven includes her husband, her pup Hank, and a whole lot of love. They're the dream team when it comes to outdoor adventures, whether it's hiking trails or chasing waves at the beach.

Ah, the beach—Gracie's happy place! With toes in the sand and salt in the air, she's in her element. And speaking of dreams, Gracie's got big ones. She's set her sights on becoming a real estate agent one day, blending her passion for design with her love for helping others find their slice of paradise.

Kacie Burk is a true Pitt County gal born and raised, and I've got more love for this place than words can say. I'm currently living the dream at Hearthside Rentals, helping folks find their perfect nests in our cozy corner of the world.

When I'm not busy at work, you'll probably catch me soaking up the sunshine with my family, including my hubby, our trio of furry friends, and my incredible mom. She's been my rock for as long as I can remember, and being her caregiver for the past seven years has been the most rewarding journey of my life.

But it's not all about work and caregiving – I'm a sucker for the great outdoors. Whether I'm casting a line into the nearest fishing hole or sight seeing on the top of a beautiful mountain, you can bet I'll be outside, breathing in that fresh country air.

Speaking of work, I'm currently on the path to becoming a real estate agent, and I couldn't be more excited about it. Helping people find their dream homes and making their visions a reality is my jam, and I can't wait to dive into this new chapter headfirst.
